Arrival is after 3 pm and departure is before 10 am.

There is a 45 euro cleaning cost upon leaving, this is not included in the prices.

In the winter months the cottage is let out for longer periods only.

Pets are allowed, however some extra cleaning costs will be charged.

In the cottage smoking is prohibited.

Toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, garbage disposal bags and cleaning cloths are included.

Payment conditions·

Within 8 days after the reservation 25% of the rent must be paid.
Within 6 weeks before the start of the reserved period the rest of the amount will have to be paid.

Cancellation conditions
In the case of a cancellation there will be a payment obligation in the following terms:

• till 6 weeks before the reserved period 25% of the amount.

• 6 Weeks till 4 weeks before the reserved period 50% of the amount.

• Less then 4 weeks before the reserved period 100% of the amount.

Cancellations will have to be done in writing.

Booking
Only after the payment of 25% of the rent will your booking be finalised.
